Thank you for your interest in leasing from the PKT Beta Beta House Corp.

The House Corps is a non profit, 501(c)7 organization who's sole purpose is to provide student housing to members of the Beta Beta Chapter of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity.  100% of rental income is used to operate the house.  There are no paid employees and all of your rent is used to cover mortgage costs, utilities, improvements and any excess funds are distributed to the Morton Walker Scholarship Fun at the University of Louisville that benefits members of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity.
