PHI KAPPA TAU BETA BETA HOUSE CORP
A LETTER FROM THE
HOUSE CORPS CHAIRMAN

Dear Brothers,

It's been an honor to serve as your House Corps President over the past 15 years.  What we have accomplished has not been done by any other chapter on the University of Louisville campus, ever.

To construct a million dollar Chapter House on campus, to establish our chapter as the premier Greek organization at U of L, and to ensure the finest of men have the opportunity to become a Phi Tau Man.  Those young men of the Beta Beta Chapter have accomplished some great things over the past 10 years, and there is no question in my mind, without this house, this identity, this "hub" of our chapter, it could not have been possible.  Read for yourself here, and this many other great accomplishments by many other great young men not mentioned in that article.

Without your support, it could not have been possible.

But the time has come to take this project over the finish line, by retiring the mortgage debt for good.  Returning the house to a sound financial position in which rents generated can be used for academic scholarships, as well as reserve funding for ongoing maintenance needs.

The time is now.  It has been 15 years.  Of the $1 million dollar price tag, and of the $200,000 in mortgage interest paid, there remains a balance of a little over $250,000 on on the note.

The chapter and the house corps cannot continue without your support.

Your donation is 100% tax deductible and the House Corps gets 100% of the benefit of your donation to the UL Foundation.

Please, dig deep, remember your pledge to our beloved fraternity and be loyal to your college and your chapter.

In Phi,

Brother Andrew Masterson ‘89
